Rometa has 9 installations in Morocco, part of North Africa's growth in infrastructure and housing that is driving the shift to industrialised precast concrete production. These include the 2022 modernisation of a hollow slab plant with the Rometa 2050 machine, which now produces 1,500 hollow slabs/hour with just one operator and one assistant running the whole line. Rometa has designed and manufactured block-making machines and concrete batching plants in Spain since 1956, adapted to different production volumes, with technical support for international clients.
