Description

The Rometa wetcast floor tile production line manufactures up to 500 m²/day with decorative finishes imitating stone, wood or slate. The wetcast process, using fluid concrete in vibrated moulds, achieves high-quality aesthetic surfaces with excellent dimensional accuracy.

Manufactured tiles or slabs can be made with different techniques and produced in different sizes and designs, seeking the maximum aesthetic appearance.

Two sands and colour are used for producing wet concrete. Selecting the right aggregates is of great importance for achieving good-quality final products, the goal is a piece with the desired hardness and the least amount of cement possible, and the mix must be as homogeneous as possible through good dosing of aggregates, cement and the appropriate amount of water.
