Description
The Rometa 4050 is the highest production automatic blocking machine in the Rometa range (3,000 pieces/hour). Electronic control of force and frequency. Vibration with servo motors. Tray 1400 1200 mm. Automatic mold change and counter-mold.
Automatic pneumatic or servo motor palletization, portal type for continuous production. 4 columns. Lifting and moving with servo motors.
The planetary mixing plant is 2,250/1,500 liters with humidity control.
Automatic feeding and rotation of trays.
Curing chamber and remote monitoring of production via Rometa Cloud.

How long does a concrete piece take to cure?
Between 24 and 48 hours in the dryer, where the heat given off by the piece itself maintains proportional curing without drying it out or cracking it, with no need for extra water. Steam can also be added to speed up the process, though it complicates the plant and pallet maintenance.
How does the vibration system of a Rometa block machine work?
All movements are driven by a high-performance hydraulic unit, and mould vibration (key to concrete compaction) is produced by four counterweighted shafts, moving vertically, unidirectionally and fully synchronised. This system achieves homogeneous compaction that improves the piece's final quality.
How much production capacity does the Rometa 4050 have?
Up to 3,000 units/hour, with 170 kW of installed power. It's the highest-output model in the range, with 4 servomotors and automatic palletising.
